I ordered the premium package thinking I was getting a couple of months subscription, but what I was getting for the extra money was the display clip that syncs with the armband. So after realising this only from looking at the pictures of the packages as it is not really made that clear in the write up, I went onto the Ki Fit website and purchased the subscription for a year (just over £100) you can do 3 months, six months etc, but after spending £200 I thought it was worth getting it for a year as it is a bit less the more months you purchase at once. I emailed ki fit with a few initial queries about why there was already some calories burned and steps taken when I had just put it on, and they called me and explained everything, Sarah was very nice, if only I'd looked on the FAQ on their website! it explains everything! and also tells you that you have to wear it with the logo facing upwards (nearest to your shoulder) to work properly, so I'm glad I looked at that! I've had it for just over 2 weeks and I love it! It's comfy to wear and you don't notice it. It makes you want to do more exercise and you choose targets that suit you then try and stick to them. It's easy to input your food and you can create foods if you are as fussy as me!! It tells you in a pie chart as well of what the proportion of fat, protein and carbs you've eaten and it is quite supprising! makes you realise where you may be going wrong in your attempts to be good!
