I love the format of this book. Many books I've read on happiness go into too much depth or focus too much on the depression side of things when all you really need is a little positive kick when you're feeling down - like I often do.

I take a different affirmation each day from this book and then say it ten times both in the morning and last thing at night! In the ten days since I've been doing this I really feel more positive about life in general, so this great little book gets a big thumbs up from me!

I have downloaded this free title twice to my Kindle in an attempt to be able to change the very small font size. I usually read the second to the smallest font size, the size my Kindle was set when my daughter purchased it. I also cannot speech enable it. I had put some other Gary Vurnum titles on my wishlist to purchase later. I am disappointed, I had high hopes for these books.

However, the style of format looks good and I feel sure that they are useful and inspiring books to those who can actually read them and do not wish to listen to them.

This was not quite what I had expected when I downloaded it, but I loved this short little book. i have been working on my positive outlook and happiness in earnest over last few months and read widely about the subject. I think all the books on the subject I have read are genuinely helpful, all reinforcing similar messages in slightly different ways.

I now understand the happiness can easily be learnt. I wish I had read these as a child and learnt such perspective, but my never a day too late to enjoy for the rest of your life. Spread the word, since happiness is infectious.
