Yes, the title befits my opinions, in an almost Comic Book Guy format;
Worst. Pocketbooks. Ever.
To me, pocket books should the exactly that; they fit in your pocket, contain the key elements of the larger publications, but, most importantly, in an almost `cheat sheet' format. You should be able to pull the book out, and, KER-POW!!!! "no, I think you'll find capacity management should be first considered as part of the Service Design stage, not after it's been made live to users"... you should be able to draw key points, key messages, quickly.
These books simply don't let you do that. They are dry, dull and cut down versions of the full publications, of which I have a great deal of respect for. I make my living out of preaching OGC formulated guidance but I'm sorry to say these are simply not a sum of their parts (but bear the hallmark of being expensive for what they are).
