Very disappointing delivery of information, with little to engage or challenge the target audience. The software uses a "chalk and talk" approach for imparting information. Facts are "written" on the monitor, accompanied by a commentary. A few questions are provided for the student to work through per topic. As a result once the questions are answered the topic has little to offer the student, should they require further practise.

Yes, perhaps a little dull - "chalk and talk". But rather useful if you are teaching ESOL/EAL students - who simply have to master listening to key vocabulary for Maths lessons. The subject matter is divided up into manageable, 1 to 2 minute gobbets, delivered at a manageable (not brisk) pace. The accents are fairly neutral - and the vocabulary is useful. So - not to be dismissed lightly - if used by a (keen and eager) ESOL student. On this basis, it compares more than favourably with other, relatively expensive ESOL teaching tools for the child in secondary school. But your student may need to be independently motivated!
