Very pleased with this blender. It works smoothly and it is easy to add ingredients and to pour out the finished blend.

Worked fine the first 2 times I used it. On the 3rd time, there was a smell of burning cable then smoke came out from under the machine. I switched it off. Tried again after 30min but it wouldn't come on. I didn't use it often and its now past its return date, i'm now stuck with a useless machine, don't buy.

I had to return this product for another brand. This blender was not powerful enough to do what I wanted, it didn't blend the ingredients well, tried several times but still no good, so I replaced it with this Philips brand insteadPhilips HR2160/50 Blender with Pulse and Ice Crush, 600 Watt, Black the replace was a dream, my soups were supberb, loving my new blender I even started making smoothies.
