I hope you may find this useful. I bought the dvd after attending a kettlercise class at my local gym and i wanted to do some extra workouts at home. The instruction part is great as it explains how to do all of the exercises rather than just following along before you start the full program. The full body program is quite demanding, I started with a 4kg kettlebell which brings me to the previous review. I have to say I disagree with comments as the instructor on the dvd explains about choosing a kettlebell thats right for you and your fitness level and for me i wouldn't have managed with a heavier one but he does say that you work up to a heavier weight or if you're fitter start with a slightly heavier one. I really like this dvd and i've started to see real results over the past few weeks, so overall its great.
