At last. A workout that is truly fun, and goes so fast you're actually surprised when the presenter brings you to cool down. Usually I'm thinking 'is this nearly finished?' Not this time. Love it. Not lifting the kettlebell, but swinging it, so it's cardio, and as they say, 360 degrees. You use your rotational muscles. I knew I'd worked my whole body, but next day it was particularly my hamstrings, bum and inner thighs that were agony. Fantastic! Further exploration gave triceps, lats, waist, hips and neck - fab, fab, fab. Highly recommended.

I decided to take the plunge and buy this product after reading some good reviews and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. This workout focuses on working all parts of your body so it's ideal for a full tone and cardio workout. Like the other reviews have mentioned, the DVD is fast and makes exercise seem easy and yes, maybe a little bit fun too! There is a toning 20 DVD to start with and then a full 40 minute cardio workout. Theres also a 20 minute starter session that explains how to do the moves correctly. I definately recommend doing the 20 minute tone workout first a few times till your body gets use to it, and I have to say, the first time you do it your body will be sore (or at least mine was). However after a couple attempts it does get easier and I have to say my muscles have soon settled. The first time I did the workout, I was a bit lost, which I have to say is perfectly normal (I did wonder if it was too difficult), the second and third time I did it, I was in time and on my way!

You do need a decent amount of space to be able to use the kettlebell in the way the DVD instructs. Some exercises I modify (such as when I'm meant to take 4 side steps to the left, I modify and do 2 left and then 2 right just because of space). I'd definately recommend it, and as some other reviewers have also commented, I am now considering whether to cancel my gym membership. I've been so encouraged to do this dvd, I've even been doing it first thing in the morning, so it must be good! x

I bought this a week ago and have done 3 workouts which i have to say really
are fun! Its early days yet but i think i may actually get somewhere this
time.. the only bad thing i will say has nothing to do with the workout itself,
and that is the picture shown with this article is incorrect as the box only
contains 2 dvds and the kettlebell.. there is a small booklet about diet..ect, but
no sweatbands or wallchart!
