An incredible book, I read all the others and could not wait for this to come out! When it did (after what seemed like ages) I read it in one night. It was impossible to put the book down, and now I'm distraught as the series ends here! It was so gripping! It's amazing, I recommend this book for children of all ages (you may disagree but I'm 12 and loved it).

This is the 6th book in the Kernowland series. My 9 year old son has avidly read all the books and couldn't wait for this installment to be published. It is about the adventures of a brother and sister when they enter another world called Kernowland (apparently an old name for Cornwall!). I would say it is suitable for young readers 8 years and over. Each book continues on from the previous so it would probably be best to start with book 1 which is The Crystal Pool.
