The FP116 is one of our Compact range of food processors. Compact because the overall size and capacity is smaller than our other food processors. this means they take up less space and are ideal for the smaller family or someone who wants a machine which will do the basics but nothing too complicated. It is in a smart chrome finish and has a 300 watt motor and a o.8litre capacity bowl. The stainless steel chopping blade will do just that chopping meat, onions etc.and is also used to make delicious dips, and even the lightest of cake mixes. A whisk will amaze you with the volume of egg white it will magic. There is shredding and slicing discs for preparing salads coleslaw, stir fry vegetables etc.We all know the benefits of drinking fresh fruit juice and a citrus press will help you do this. It is easy to use with just one speed to choose from plus a pulse action. Most important of all it has a number of safety features built in such as rubberised feet for added stability, a number of safety interlocks to protect prying little fingers, and Easywind cord storage which gets rid of unwanted trailing flex.

    I needed a cheap, economical blender to make curries and bought this one as it was in the price range I was looking for. It's proved to be excellent value for money and I'd have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. The only reason it didn't get five stars is due to the fact that the jug is a little small - but to be fair that's only to be expected with a compact food processor!

    I bought this food processor over 5 years ago and have just needed to replace it due to my silly husband snapping off the safety tab on the lid - it doesn't work without this.

    It is the perfect size for many food processing duties and is fast but very effective. The bowl occassionally seemed a little small for what I wanted to do but then I just seperated the mix into two and did two smaller loads in the processor. The tools are robost and I have never needed to sharpen the knife tool at all yet it is still as efficient as when the machine was new.

    I love this food processor so much so that now I am replacing it with another one the same!

    i order the kenwood food processor for someone who lives on there own, his product is just the right size and does the job well i also couldn't believe the price.
