Kenwood Chef classic KM336- cannot produce glossy egg white

Recently bought a KM336, but found that it cannot produce the 'glossy' egg white? The egg white is stiff, but not glossy and not incorporates very well, looking very loose resulting the cake mixture collapsed. When I use the normal hand held electric whisk, the whisked egg white beautifully glossy and dense, this KM336 machine produce nothing like this. Anyone knows the cause for this?
