Raise a toast to this retro-inspired Kenwood semi-professional stainless steel toaster. Bringing contemporary design to breakfast time, this toaster combines high performance function with serviceable elements so you can easily add a stylish touch to your home. The TT931 features 2 deep and extra wide slots within a compact design, ideal for those short on space or wanting to maintain a neat workspace. It comes in a cream finish with stylish stainless steel detail.

The toaster features a timer dial to control how long the bread is toasted for, and thus the colour of your toast, as well as a manual ejector lever allowing the toast to stay warm until raised. The design incorporates a folding sandwich cage and a single slot toasting function. The SureGrip lever and sandwich cage handles and illuminated selector switch makes this toaster as safe as it is stylish.

The toaster has a slide out crumb tray and audible timer function. The extra wide slots allow for toasting of a variety of thicknesses of breads or bagels.

    Finally gave up on my old toaster after forever having to manually prise bits of toast out of it when any sort of large-ish bread was used. This one looked to have all the supposed benefits of the Dualits (bombproof design, large slots, manual lift) without the downsides (dodgy timers, sky high prices). After a few goes am delighted, it works well even with thin slices of bread (don't worry about them falling over and burning on one side, they don't owing to the internal design), timer isn't too noisy, and the lift mechanism in particular has a real heavy, quality feel. Highly recommended, oh and it also looks better to my mind than a Kitchen Aid or Dualit (and is cheaper). Whats not to like?

    Over the years I have had various toasters - hasn't everyone? Morphy-Richards, Breville and Dualit to name but three. The Dualit was the best of the bunch by far, so when our (newish) toaster developed a serious fault and managed to blow all the fuses I thought I'd replace it with another Dualit....but the price!! So I chose this Kenwood model instead, and it is fantastic. Looks good, easy to clear the crumbs, will take muffins and bagels as well as sliced bread, comes with a rack for making toasted sandwiches, and the controls are all manual - no fancy gizmos. It is also very very robust so I have high hopes of a long and happy relationship. I can't recommend it more highly.

    I had just bought an inexpensive toaster at a store near where I live, and it turned out to be junk. One side of both toasting slots stopped working, so it would only toast on one side. I went online and, after having been burned once already, was considering buying an expensive toaster in the hope that it would at least work for more than a few weeks. After pouring over reviews, products and features, I settled on this one, largely because I was just tired of looking at toasters, and it's great! Even though it was inexpensive (my cheap nature won out on that one), it's solidly constructed, the way the product works is well thought out (simple controls, but does everything you want it to), easy to clean and works great. It has the look and feel of one of the more expensive ones, even though it isn't expensive. Highly recommend!
