By night, experience fresh-tasting, natural fruit smoothie cocktails: invite your friends along for rum and banana smoothies, or slick strawberry vodka smoothies.

Unique features make this machine quick, easy and fun for everyone--children and adults alike. A dispensing tap allows for continuous mixing and easy dispensing and the specially designed goblet funnels all your healthy, fruity ingredients into the blending blades and tap outlet. An ingenious mixing stick designed for use while the machine is in action is the secret to the perfect smoothie, allowing you to add all your ingredients without having to stop and remove the lid to stir.

Absolutely brilliant. Not only does it look good, the blades easily go through ice and frozen fruit to make fantastic smoothies and it's easy to clean even though it doesn't go in the dishwasher. I would recommend this to everybody.

Running a small cafe that serves smoothies, iced coffees and mochas I find this machine a godsend. The goblet is stainless steel which means that if the staff drop it it doesn't break! I would reccomend it to anyone.

Just got this yesterday and I was sceptical at first but I made a random smoothie out of a banana, pineapple, oranges, apple, and some ice and I have to say it was really nice!

Not sure what the other reviewer is going on about when he says that the lack of a sieve makes the smoothie not so smooth, if it did have a sieve then you wouldn't get all the fibre and good stuff from the fruit. You would effectively get just juice, and this isn't a juicer!

And in any case, the smoothie I made was very smooth and thick, no lumps or anything so I am very impressed!

Another thing, don't put a whole banana in with the skin! Peel it and then break the banana up into a few pieces. Same with an apple or pineapple, don't put the whole thing in, you have to get rid of the core or tough skin on fruits before it goes into the unit. You can leave thin skin in, basically you would eat an apple with the skin on so leave that in, but you wouldnt eat an orange with the skin on, well I don't anyway!

I give this 4 stars, loses one star because the tap drips a little after you pour and then close it, a very minor issue I have to say!
