Don't know why the other users had problems, the machine has a drip tray so i can't see how it drips all over the counter top, and it is designed for the tall slim coffee cups which you can fit two on the tray very easily. As for cold coffee you're supposed to heat the milk up using the milk frother on the machine for piping hot drinks. I've had the Cafe Uno and a Senseo and this machine is far superior.

As for the previous review about it being cold, it says in the manual to prime the machine every time it is switched on - IF ONLY PEOPLE READ THE MANUAL!!!!!!!! The water tank just needs to be lifted up - no hassle!
I think this machine is perfect, the coffee is great using senseo soft pods and the frothing nozzle is extremely good quality. If you're looking to buy an coffee machine that does it all, get this as you won't be disappointed!

I think this coffee making system is brilliant. My mother has a gaggia proper jobbie and I can't work it! I bought my coffee maker from Tesco for £39.99 which i think is FANTASTIC value!! I've had it a week now and enjoy delicious coffee from it. The milk frother is brilliant, and the coffee certainly doesn't come out cold - maybe your machine is faulty? I haven't primed my machine every time i've turned it on, but the coffee is always hot. I do need to heat my milk though.
I also question the issue with the drip tray being difficult to remove - it just lifts right out with the tabs on either side. The water tank is as easy to remove as it needs to be, and to be fair, one needn't remove it all that often.
So far, I've only used the Senseo pods, but it also takes E.S.E espresso pods - which i will switch to just as soon as i find some which are just as good value as the Senseo pods (although at £5.95 for 18, they're still a hell of a lot cheaper than going to Costa!)
I gave it a 4 and not a 5 because I think that sometimes it doesn't give out as much water as it does at other times (could be me being dumb though).
