Very pleased with this toaster. Its toasts very evenly and the machine is easy to use. The only negative point is that the small rubber feet come off very easily.

Big Big disappointment. Usually like Kenwood but are we the only people who buy bread from a local baker. The toast slots are 5 1/4 inches wide by 5 1/2 inches deep
too too small for anything other than probably 'plastic' loaves from supermarkets. Would not take bread from loaves such as cottage, farmhouse or bloomers of a decent size. Cannot believe Kenwood would design a quality product and then ruin it with such lack of forethought. Never had a toaster with such small apertures. Advertisers please include working dimensions as well as overall dimensions on products such as this.
