The Kenwood Tri-blade hand blender is - ahem - a cut above other hand blenders I have used. The HB711 is a basic model, complete with 2 plastic attachments - one ordinary tri-blade attachment, and a 'Big foot' attachment for use in pans (there are more expensive versions from the same series, where you can have blender beakers and stainless steel attachments as well, but for basic functionality and light to medium usage, this is absolutely fine).
The blender makes quick work of everything I've thrown at it, and the pan attachment is extremely well designed - blitzing through even a stock pot full of soup in only seconds, while making hardly any mess at all. A very good buy.

Awesome piece of kit
Only blender that I have used that fulfills all my needs (used on soft veggies aswell as hard material like lemon grass)

Pleased with this overall. The wizzy bit is much bigger than my previous blender, which is good as I use it mostly in pans to blend soups and sauces. No splashing either and easy to clean.
