Bought this processor principally for making breadcrumbs, chicken liver pate and so on.
First time of use I noticed the hot plastic smell others mentioned - but not a worry. This is clearly not a heavy duty item, but ideal for what I want and it cost £16.00 less via Amazon than it currently does in John Lewis stores, making it very good value.
I don't visualise using the jug, as I have a hand blender for soups etc., but it may be useful for something at some point - making Hollandaise sauce, or mayonnaise, though I think the processor could be used for those.
