With more kitchen appliances in demand, and houses not getting any bigger, Kenwood have chosen to offer a range of compact Deep Fryers. The 1.8kW DF310, while being compact in shape, has 1.2 kg uncooked food capacity, which is enough for most families.
The DF310 focuses on convenience with one touch lid release and a collapsible handle, but this family fryer also focuses on safety by offering lockable lid, cool to-the-touch sides and rubber feet to prevent slipping. Other features include variable temperature control and a permanent mesh filter and, to make cleaning easier, the lid and basket can be removed for washing and the inside wiped.
And, when you're not sure which temperature to select, Kenwood have added symbols on the side of the product to help you choose correctly.
