I bought this for travelling with a baby, to heat water for milk and to rinse bottles. It heats water rather quickly and its small size makes it easy to pack. The (short) cord is a bit annoying when you are used to a cordless kettle at home, but since I only intend to use it when I am away, it really doesn't matter that much. Good value!
