The Colander is one of the best and handiest item I bought. Every year we have lots of raspberries from the Allotment, but the Pips are less wanted. The fine sieve on the colander gets rid of the pips and I could make the loved Raspberry gel we so like. A hand sieve was very hard work and left lots of flesh, but now I am happy. With the Pips I am making Raspberry wine, this is still bubbling in the large bottle and I am sure it will be lovely.

If you have the Kenwood Chef and you like passata, mashed potatoe, coulis and more then this item is a must. I have owed this for less than a week and already I don't know how I managed without it. I love my Kenwood machine and the attachments that you can get just make even more necessary in my kitchen. Granted they are fairly pricey but shop around for a good deal. I have the mincer, juice extractor, food processor, high speed slicer shredder, ice cream maker, potato peeler, and the citrus press.
