The amazing dough setting allows dough to be prepared, ready for shaping and oven baking. Or make a tea-time treat using the pasta dough setting. All the family will love the taste of fresh pasta and it's so easy to do, even the littlest of hands can help.
Create the bread that’s right for you with the option of a 500 g, 750 g or 1 kg loaf. It’s easy to adjust the crust colour too, between light, medium and dark. And for those occasions when you want fresh bread quickly, the BM256 has a rapid bake option for everyday white bread in just 58 minutes.
With the 15-hour delay timer, your bread can be ready whenever you want it. Simply add the ingredients, set the timer and your bread will be ready just when you need it. And if you can’t be there as your bread finishes, this clever bread maker will automatically turn itself to the handy keep warm feature. For up to an hour, your bread will stay hot, ready and waiting for you. With an in-built eight-minute power interruption setting, accidental unplugging or a brief power outage won’t ruin your bread.
The white lid of this brushed stainless steel bread maker has a large viewing window, allowing you to see your bread as it progresses. The clear LCD screen shows you exactly which stage your bread is at and allows easy programming of the machine. Push buttons on the control panel are clearly marked and highlighted with stylish chrome detailing.

Really pleased with this!!! haven't stopped using it since it arrived!! It looks cool-very retro and is so easy to make bread!! Sometimes the little mixing blade can get a bit stuck in the loaf, but give it a little wiggle and it comes free and considering the gorgeous fresh bread produced, a little hole is nothing!!(I've read this to be a common feature in breadmakers anyway).Also very easy to clean and use.I spent ages trying to decide, and so glad i bought this one!! recommend it!!!!

This looks lovely in stainless steel with a crisp snow white top. LCD display that shows options, time (countdown) and cooking stages. buttons to select things like bread type, size of loaf, crust colour. Had bread makers before but this thing actually works for crust colour without burning the crust. My tip use a little milk as it helps it brown. Surprised to get a measuring jug and a nifty little spoon for dry ingredients that is selectable in size between 1 tablespoon to half a teaspoon (very useful!). Also a single button for a fast baked loaf in under an hour. Also has a timer. Oblong loafs not those weird round ones that some bread makers pop out. Though if you like those maybe for danish bread you can order one seperately. Excellent bread from this thing, hooked on it, best I have had from a bread maker. Not had a loaf where the paddle stuck in it yet which is brilliant. It also makes cakes and jams as well as dough and all manner of loaves, white, french, wholemeal, granary, fruit, sweet, you name it. Very versatile. And also VERY quiet, apart from the beeper which is nice and loud so you dont miss that its finished.

Very small and compact and makes excellent bread while taking up very little space on my worktop. This is my third breadmaker (the others got worked to death) and is the best so far. Fresh bread whenever I want it and the knowledge that I am in control of what goes into it.
