Lock seized first time I turned the key, luckily not in the laptop otherwise I would have a permanent trailing cable. Not worth the agro/postage to complain, just remember you get what you pay for ! This is rubbish for rubbish money.

This item is all fine and dandy, but what the description doesn't tell you is that this is the Newlink model, which you probably will have noticed you can buy much cheaper elsewhere on amazon. I would suggest that you don't make the same mistake that I did and be fooled by the "Kensington Style" labelling.

Used to secure a G5 imac in a retail unit. I had no trouble securing the lock to the back of the monitor which others had reported however the plastic coated cable did smell strongly when first unwrapped but now in use the smell has completely gone. A cheap lock but well made and which gives great peace of mind.

Good product but unreliable-sometimes fits in the laptop hole sometimes dosent. However great value for a secure product, the ease of use lacks thoguh.

Delivery the following day and the product was in excellent condition. Used regularly and effect method of security at university.

A nice quality security lock
It would be easy to pay a lot more than I did for an item like this. It arrived well packed, it does the job and it feels secur. Excellent.

These security cables are sturdy and work OK. The plastic smells pretty strongly, presumably because of cheap manufacture, but then you can't complain given the very reasonable... Read more

Laptop Key Operated Lock Security Cable Lock
This product is very simple and is easy to use, as long as you remember your key, I believe this is a far simpler mechanism that the fiddly combination type devices.
