    In getting the air vent out of the box, noticed that one of the spring loaded clips looked out of line. Flexed it back and it snapped. Surely something that's going to be mounted on and off in cars would be a little bit more robust. Returning for a replacement so fingers crossed this was a one-off issuee.

    I bough this having owned an earlier version from Kensington which was made of plastic. This is made from metal but the problem is, it is too long and wobbles once it has the phone in place. Very annoying, especially as it was over £20.
