4.0 out of 5 stars Overnight roller case. 30 Oct 2010
A number of colleagues had previously bought the smaller Kensington Roller Case, and these battle worn examples bore testament to their durability in the face of robust handling. I chose the overnight case for the extra storage, given that I 'hot-desk' and have no storage space at work. The handle feels sturdy, even at full load and it rolls well. The fabric and zips are good and strong and the stitching is well executed. I believe that the product represents value for money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Roller Case for Laptop 4 July 2010
Verified Purchase
This was exactly what I was looking for. Wanted for hand luggage as this would fit the laptop, CD/DVD case and many other items I wanted to take on holiday. Steering is easy so no hassle with trying to get around. I'm one happy customer. Thank you.

2.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't meet expectations 24 May 2012
I bought this one as it seemed to be the only way to carry about the vast Dell laptop I was using at the time.

It should be a good bag, but it's let down by poor quality in certain areas.

1. The structural fabric around the top handle has torn apart, unable to cope with the loads I carry I suppose, but the fact is that there is no webbing going down from the handle to transfer the strain down to the base or other parts of the shell. This means the handle just pulls the top of the bag to bits.
2. The front of the bag loses its shape quite quickly, which means its actually difficult to use all these different pockets, the front just turns into a mess of zips and material and you can't find anything.
3. The wheels are small and there is no clearance at the bottom of the trolley, some rubbing strip at the bottom frays and falls off within a week (see other reviews). If you only go through posh airports with smooth floors, you'll be fine, but I go to some very underdeveloped places and need to hump it down rocky pavements. The bag does not fare well!

I tried to talk to Kensington about the issue of the handle coming away, as that was not good and they need to know their design needs a simple modification. I got bounced around by email and telephone between people who all saw it as someone elses problem, until eventually I got bored and decided Kensington weren't going to listen to feedback and improve the product.

I paid a lot for the thing, but it's only slightly better than a £20 thing I bought on the high street last week. So I'm knocking an extra star off for charging a premium price for a product that isn't.

2.0 out of 5 stars Nice Suitcase - Poor Quality 11 Nov 2011
By Pun
This used to be one of the best roller suitcase I ever came across. I bought my first one 4 years back and I must admit that in 4 years Kensington has reduced their product quality. The zip quality has dropped and I am not sure how long would it last. They have reduced cost also on their Contour system. Earlier their so called Contour handle used to be in a concave shape once fully pulled out - resulting in reducing the strain while pulling the suitcase. However, now they have taken away that concave contour handles which makes it just like any other roller suitcase available in the market.

Dissatisfied with this purchase !

5.0 out of 5 stars Office on the go 21 Feb 2010
I have had good service from this Roller Bag. I use it everyday around london and it has pockets and places for everything that I need. Unfortunately after a few months the handle broke. I dropped a note to Amazon and within two days I got completely brand new case at no cost ! Excellent service from Amazon.
