I was a little nervous about buying this docking station as I wasn't sure it would work with Windows 7, but once I had downloaded the new driver from the manufacturer's web site, it worked perfectly first time - as it does with the other three laptops in our household. Great quality video, easy to set up and to use. Thoroughly recommended.

Works great out the box but then the problems start. After about an hour of working in extended desktop mode the screen resolution on the external monitor changed, and then the same happened on the laptop display. No end of starting, restarting, connecting, disconnecting made any difference. So now the external display is connected directly to the laptop - which defeats the object somewhat. Technical support is hard to find.

This device is just barley OK in my books. I use it for the home office and when I bring my laptop home from work. Ocassionally I like to play games or watch movies on it, and it can not handel the video through put as well as audio, a keyboard and a mouse.... The basic setup. So I disconect the video and plug that in to the laptop as well as the usb and it's just OK. Sound lags under these situations, so all in all at it's best it's ok. In my opnion, considering the price I don't think this is worth it, unless your just going to check your HTML emails. Poor show Kensington, I think you can do better.

Kensington docking station SD200V
Had initial display problems working with Windows 7, but after downloading and installing updated drivers, it's fine. Extremely useful piece of kit.
