I have used a couple Minature Mice with my netbook but wanted something sturdier and when I saw this mouse I thought it fitted the bill and it has lasted quite some time but after any significant length of time using it I find the pattern on the side (I assume to make it more grippy) is quite uncomfortable on the fingers.
All together its a great mouse and I would recommend it to anyone not planning to use it for much longer than an hour
I really liked this mouse when I got it. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one to keep for when the first one wore out. Unfortunately the first one has worn out rather more quickly than I had hoped.
The wheel on the mouse has a rubber tyre like grip and a nice stepped action ... but on mine it seems the 'tyre' bit of the wheel is now sliding over the hub, so the tyre turns but there is no scrolling. This has been getting worse for a while and now I can't scroll at all using the wheel. Most unfortunate for an otherwise brilliant nicely sized, nicely weighted, nicely put together mouse. Darn.
These mice are brilliant - we have bought 4 for our laptops. Looks good, feels good, works well and is easy to store. Why on earth anyone would bother with the hassle of a wireless mouse for use with a laptop when you can get this neat mouse with retractable cable is beyond me. Really good value for money and hassle-free.
I bought this mouse for my notebook, but no sooner had it arrived than the batteries went yet again on my desktop's cordless mouse, so I decided to try out my new mouse instead of replacing the batteries. It worked straight away - no fancy software required. Nice shape under the hand & no batteries to worry about. Now my husband's mouse has given up the ghost & he's pinched my new mouse so I'm buying another one. I can't imagine wanting to buy another cordless mouse.
