All non-stick woks in the range are coated with Topbon, a dual non-stick coating designed especially to cope with the high temperatures experienced during stir-fry cooking. To ensure longevity and to maintain the integrity of the non-stick coating it is not recommended that these products are put in the dishwasher or used on an induction hob.
