The Wok has a clever flat bottom which allows you to cook on top of a stove or hob.
The 1.4mm carbon steel gauge ensures optimum heat transfer and longevity and the wok is protected with a Topbon Non-Stick coating which enables you to use the wok on any of the following cooking surfaces: Electric, Gas, Sealed, Ceramic and Halogen.
