Ordered this Wok for my son as his old one had lost it's non-stick properties.
Wok arrived promptly & safely although it was loose in large box which could have caused problems.
Report on usage from son is: Not too heavy,can use with one hand. Fires up quickly, so saves energy & ready for use without delay. Cooks all foods well. It is easy to clean, no detergent just wipe with damp kitchen roll.
Overall: good service, good product. Would reccomend to others !

We use this wok loads. It's a great size, the ingredients don't stick, it's easy to clean and having the handle and grab handle makes it easy to move it around. If I were to find down sides, I guess I would say it can get heavy (but having two handles enables me to lift it easy enough) and it does take up a fair amount of space in the cupboard. As I said, these are grasping at straws to find negatives really! Would recommend it, in fact we now own 2 of these - one for each of our homes! Great value, great product

Non stick coating rubbish
After only 2 uses the non stick coating at the bottom of the Wok was removed.Do yourselves a favour and buy a traditional steel wok, and season it as per instruction.

ken hom 14" easy care wok
this is a very nice wok and good value,the only negative is that it is quite heavy as it is,more so when full of tasty food
