I love this book. It taught me more detail about art than GCSE and A Level art combined. It is written in an easy format to understand- no big technical words that you wouldn't have a clue about if you didn't have an archaic dictionery.
The book covers all aspects of watercolour painting:

Step by Step process to creating an elaborate picture in an easy way

A must buy- even for beginners. I have read many Watercolour books but this one actually taught me something. How to lay out my designs and see through an Artist's Eye.

This is a brilliant little art book. It is small enough to pop into a bag and take along with you when painting out doors and is packed with valuable information. It begins with drawing skills, colour theory, composition and much more. I will definately be buying Brenda Swensons other book as she is so accesible.
