A fun guide to becoming a better Partner.

Kenneth creates a great system of self improvement. The book was a real page turner. My partner and I are very happy and currently in the "Honeymoon stage" and after reading this book I truly believe that we can make it through the "Disappointment stage." The book is great at helping you take charge of your relationship by taking charge of your own actions. With it's clever use of "I" statements, you learn a great deal about how you contribute to problems in the relationship.
My Partner and I had some interesting sexual problems, his lack of sex drive + my overactive sex drive. This lead to many sleepless nights and me saying some things that (now having read the book) were quite terrible. We were getting nowhere. Having read the book, I now know a lot more effective ways to communicate and listen about sex. I also have more options of what to do to keep the sex life interesting.
The book is not a panacea. It takes real work at becoming "Mr. Right" yourself. As a younger gay male (23yrs) and from the midwest, I have almost no knowledge of what makes a healthy relationship. This book was great because it discusses common problems and then suggests solutions. Getting in relationships always made me question everything he was doing. I did this because I didn't know what to expect, good or bad. After reading this book, I know a little bit more of what to expect and how to overcome it.
It was a great read and I highly suggest it to anyone having sleepless nights. It will give you the power to start solving the arguments and to start loving again.

Very beneficial

This book has been very beneficial for me. I have just recently been dealing with a break-up, and this book helped me understand some of the things that were wrong with the relationship. I know what I can work on to make my next relationship more successful. The book does not solve all problems, and it may over-simplify things at times, but it is still a very good guide.
