The first mug I brought went missing in the post but was replaced without question and the new mug arrived 3 days later.
Although the tin was a little dented, I suspect from it's journey and not from the source, it was a great item at a great price.

I ordered this mug for a gift, first it was a union Jack design(not what i ordered) secondly it had brown marks all over it and also the outer box was covered in sellotape because the parcel it was sent in was too small, so now i'm going to have to send it back and find something new for a gift. not a happy customer :(
