I am not a very experienced fitness-video user and found this video quite easy to follow and fun. There are three sections: toning, aerobics and stretching. The stretches are sometimes executed a bit fast, but for the rest it is an excellent workout-video.
There is a but: the video was produced about 9 years ago. The setting is boring, just a studio with a coloured background (looks like a badly produced nineties video-clip). The synthesizerbeats are ment to be hip and happening but thay are definetly not.
Nowadays we want beautiful settings and video's made with care for every detail,for example Cindy Crawford's New Dimension. Kathy Smith's workout, though, is much better in build up and effectiveness, I think. Kathy really should make a 2002-version of this workout, with some new elements added. Then, I am convinced, she will have a definite hit.
