Format: Paperback
although this paperback edition is incredibly small, and not very thick, i cherish it. i remember buying it in Borders as i have adored KATE since the CK ads and came across it by chance 10 years ago! i have browsed this book dozens of times ever since and still feel drawn to some of the images.
you'll find some of her earliest shoots by CORINNE DAY for the FACE where the sexy KATE we know was not yet born. Also,a great CK section, lots of fab sophisticated photos by NEWTON, ROVERSI (FRENCH VOGUE), DEMARCHELIER, LE GOUES, LINDBERGH (BAZAAR), VON UNWERTH (ITAL VOGUE, very sultry),TELLER, SORRENTI, BADULESCU and some never published images & polaroids. There is an intro written by KATE herself. bless.

This is KATE at her best. I miss this KATE as she seemed a lot more adventurous and spontaneous in her earlier years. Although i still adore her, i cannot deny that a certain JE NE SAIS QUOI in her cheekbones and lips are long gone. Her blonde hair & the rock'n'roll lifestyle seems to have worn the magic out of the once queen waif.
see for yourself.

Before there was Kate Moss the Paparazzi favourite, there was Kate Moss the model and what a model she was! She revolutionised the over-blown, somewhat tired 90s fashion photography just as Twiggy did in the 60s, taking the old and breathing fresh air into it.
Whilst the new Millenium show fashion and modelling to be more anonymous, back in the 90s, Kate, Naomi, Christy and Linda were Supermodels, strutting down the catwalks that they pretty much owned, dating rock stars and displaying outrageous curves. Kate's book, designed by herself, is a nod to that halycon era of fashion, heroin chic, Versace chic, uber-rich chic, before it all emploded in a mess of ODs, suicides, murder and the new Millenium.
Buy it now before the prices sky-rocket.

In this book you get to see Kate in many different setups and guises. There are some even some pictures of her as a child. She looks amazing in all of them, she truly shines in front of the camera. The book is beautifully presented and you can see why Kate is the supermodel she is.

If you like Kate, then the book is for you. 10 Sept. 1999
By Henry Hill - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This book is a great view of the behind the scene Kate Moss, as well as top photos from some of the most celebrated photographers on the planet. The diversity of images as only Kate can pull off. She does nudity or full blown fashion dress like no other. She isn't just another face, she is THE face. The photos in the book are of surprising quality for the cost of it. I recommend this book for all Kate fans, and all fans of great photography.

Perfect photos, but you won't know Kate any better than now 23 Jan. 1999
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I rather admired all these photographers than Kate Moss herself - This book contains no writing except the foreword by Kate, and you still hardly know who she is after you read the book. There are many excellent pictures, and I can recommend this book to any photographer or artist. (But you should look for other books if you are into sexy pictures!) It's just too bad that it doesn't say a word about who Kate really is.

sensational! 28 Nov. 2002
By lunabella - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
kate: the kate moss book is the best retrospective of kate moss's work up until 1995, when it was released. it's packed with images of kate from birth to the age of twenty-one. there are pictures shot at home, by the papparazi, and for magazines and clothing companies. the book includes many never-before-seen photos of kate, especially those taken by corrine day of the face magazine between 1989 (when kate was only fifteen) and 1992. there are nudes, glamour shots, and pictures of kate doing what she is best at, being herself. there are also photos of fellow supermodels christy turlington and naomi campbell. basically, this book is phenomenal and if you can buy it, i strongly recommend you do.

Very beautiful photographs of supermodel Kate Moss 4 Dec. 1997
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Hardcover
You have to like Kate to like her book. But show me the man that doesn't like her! The book contains not much text, but appears merely like a chronological catalogue of Kate's looks and changes over the years, starting from the very beginning of her career up to some of her more recent pictures. There is only one drawback: All of the photos are plain b/w shots; not always looking as good as could be. By the way, this little collection is not representative, and Kate tells us the reason in a little note: "I chose them all by myself." Well, I like the book a lot.

Wonderful, Beautiful, Exciting, Dreamy, Excellant 17 Jan. 1999
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I think this is such a terrific book and the photography is so well done. If you like Kate, you will LOVE her book. It is full of beautiful pictures! It even has a letter from the woman herself. I recommend this book to anyone who respects this talented and gifted woman.
