It is incredible that the great majority of people rightfully worry and take steps to have antivirus and firewall on their home computers, laptops, etc in order that their system and personal data is protected. Yet hardly anyone whom I know, intelligent people, even consider that the hackers can do exactly the same thing of stealing their data on their mobile phone! As a consequence they do not use any product such as KMS.
I first starting using KMS 2 years ago as part of a free offer for Barclays customers and I have to say that it is an amazing piece of software. As well as the usual firewall and antivirus it can also block unwanted marketing SMS and calls. And if the phone gets stolen then you can send to it an SMS from a friends or another mobile, to your stolen mobile, an SMS which includes a code word. According to the code word that you use it can do any of disable the mobile completely, wipa all your data, block another SIM that the thief puts in, transmits their own phone number to you as an email. If your device has GPS it can advise you of the precise location of your phone to you via email. All these actions happen without the thief knowing anything about what is going on. In credible software.
One reviewer complained that it bricked her device. Well it could be that she never bothered to read the instruction manual. This is an excellent software to protect you, but you do need to learn it. I think that she simply blocked calls, and this is simple to resolve. But yes, you need some technical understanding or be able to read a manual to be able to use this product properly.
I am now buying and installing it on a second phone.

Hi, a previous reviewer said that this 'destroyed his operating system', this is only because people don't read the specs. and end up choosing the wrong version.
The thing to do is to order this from Amazon to get the activation key/code, but don't install off the CD.
Then go to the Kaspersky website ,enter you mobile model details and download the correct version for your phone free of charge.
Once installed used the activation key/code bought from Amazon and your sorted.
This saves about £8, so you get it for £12 where as Kaspersky usually charge £19.99p.

Kaspersky Mobile Security v9
I bought this item from "Amazon" themselves not a market place trader.I installed it exactly as the instruction say (via Nokia OVI Suite on my computer) when I tried to activate it,it failed the first time so I tried to activat it again and it literally destroyed the "Operating System" on my phone it locked up immediatly , so I tried to restart it but it just kept "starting" "freezing" "restarting" "freezing" "restarting" I'm sure you get the picture. then I tried to "delite and restore" my phone (as it says on Nokia's web site) but it stiil kept doing the same thing. So I contacted "Amazon" but they just denied all responsablity, I contacted "Kaspersky" (the people who make this product) there response "its up to people to choose what applications they put on there phones" so no help there as "Kaspersky" also deny responsablity. I am now having to send my phone of for everthing deleting out of it and a new "Operating System" to be installed in it which I will have to PAY for. So be warned if you buy this product "Amazon" accepts no responsablity, "Kaspersky" accepts no respsonablity it's all down to you.
