yes i think so just look up recipes which use corn syrup. i use it to make caramel when iam making truffles hope this was helpful.

I've no idea; it was in English when we bought it, so there must be a 'hitch' of some sort. Anyway, it's great stuff and it was delivered really promptly. It's the clear corn syrup used in Caribbean recipes, e.g. pecan pie. It's the 'real deal' and, if that's what your looking for, go ahead - it's lovely!!
