Although the case is made of durable fabric the wheeler fittings are possibly too light to last for the proclaimed 3 year guarantee. One of the two cases we bought barely survived one flight with a 22kg load. The handle parted from the extending steel mechanism. It appears to be held on by small screws, one of which became detached on one side make the extending handle unusable. One wheel also now appears out of true. Airlines are not renown for carefully loading luggage, but even lightweight cases should be able to survive more than one trip. One product for return.

We purchased 2 of these suitcases for our holiday to Greece. The price at the time appeared good value for them plus, the weight issue of the cases was important with only having 15kg each. But the big test was a 2 week holiday in Greece where we have suffered a lot of damaged luggage in the past.Not only was I able to put more clothes into them, they lasted the trip without a scratch!! A first! Excellent, fast service from the provider, great value for money. We are looking to buy 2 more soon.
