Fairly good 5 July 2010
By Rhian
Format:Paperback
I watched the anime first an then decieded to read the managa I was slightly disappointed the anime is much better. But Kannazuki no Miko is still a good managa, it's an intresting plot and worth a read if you're a yuri fan. If you've watched the anime it's still worth a read, it's just not as good as the anime.

Ausome for a person who loves the anime! 16 Aug 2008
By M. Doktor - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
After I watched the anime and fell in love with it I decided to get the manga too. Any yuri lover would like this, and it definetly shows more graphic and sexual situations that wern't allowed in the anime because of it's age rating. AUSOME artwork and at the end there is a bonus artwork section in color!! So if you watched the anime and liked it or is just a crazy yuri fan I strongly suggest you buy the 2 volume short series of this manga!!! Crazy yuri fan . . . logging off . . .

Hmm. 11 May 2010
By Shimi Mamu - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
After reading the first volume of "Kannazuki no Miko", I had the urge to read the second (which is also its final) volume.
...I'm still wondering why, though.
The cute designs of the girls are back...and sadly, so are the now pointless robots that over-ruled the previous volume.

Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not being a "hater" or "basher" just because it's yuri.
I enjoy yuri...when they have good plots, though.

The yuri/shoujo-ai/whatever is now nothing more than mere fanservice...and not in a good way. (If you want good yuri fanservice, see "Strawberry Panic!")
To tell you the truth, I was glad when it ended.
However, there were a few good scenes in this volume...did I mention that the characters were cutely drawn? (Yes, even the boys)

There was also something I failed to notice until a few months ago, but the cover for both "Kannazuki no Miko" books, they both have: "Inspired by the hit anime series!"
If this was a hit anime serie, why have I not heard of it until I saw a list of yuri anime? Was it even popular when it came to America?

You may like this manga-turned-anime series if you like:
Yuri fanservice
(Useless, no need for it in the plot) Mechas
And moe girls (mo-eh)

I'm sorry for the mean review, everyone!
