I have previously tried a different Kalms product and experienced very minimal effects. Certainly nothing so significant that would warrant a second purchase.
However, a friend insisted that Kalms products do indeed work and bought for me a bottle of 'Kalms Sleep'.
I decided to try them with a open mind and report my findings here.
My usual daily medication includes Lyrica, Propranolol, Diazepam and Nitrazepam.
I took 5 'Kalms Sleep' tablets on an empty stomach 60 minutes before bed, ontop of my usual daily meds.
Alas, I failed yet again to experience the wonderful effects that many other people seem to enjoy when using this product.
As someone who has sleep difficulties and daily anxiety issues, I am forever keeping one eye out for alternatives/supplements to my daily intake of prescribed medication.
From reading reviews and online opinions it is clear to me that Kalms products definitely have a place, and moreover they certainly seem to provide assistance to many people. I however, am not one of those people, hence my low rating.
It seems clear to me that if people are already taking strong medication for either a sleep disorder or a mood disorder, then Kalms struggles to provide a positive effect.
If however, the person is simply seeking to get a good night's sleep and relies upon no other medication to do this usually, then Kalms has a good chance of providing the effects described on the bottle.
Make of that what you will, but speaking from my own experience, I have now tried two different Kalms products and they have not provided anything more than a minimal sedative effect. i.e. barely noticable.
There are plenty of reports online of this product having worked like a charm however and as with all medications, herbal or otherwise, personal experiences will vary.
My advice to try Kalms at least once and judge for yourself.
