For those looking for a trouble free way to fall a sleep these tablets great. I have experienced no side effects just a restful peaceful sleep

TBH, i am only a student i.e. i do not have a stressful or anxiety driven life compared to people with actual jobs out there! However this product is absolutely rubbish, i took one a night as described in the leaflet that comes with the product in the box. However upon being ineffective, i increased the dose to two and eventually four a night 60 mins before bed time to be disappointed. No effects!
I had lost trust in nytol herbal which I tried before kalm until i came across nytol one a night, which trust me is my last resort because it increases my heart rate....i suggest warm milk, warm bath, last meal you have to be light meal and 4 hours before you sleep, peaceful/tranquil music, less caffein/nicotine driven lifestyle will definitely ensure u have a beautiful night's sleep. good luck and good riddens to these rubbish sleeping aids that never worked for me!
