I have had trouble sleeping for years and in the last few months it seems to be getting worse. I get a thought in my mind or a song in my head and it goes round and round stopping me from being able to relax and fall asleep. I got to the stage where I was willing to try just about anything just to be able to quieten my mind enough to fall asleep.
For the last week I have been taking one of these about 20 minutes before going to bed. At first my mind keeps wizzing around but after around a further 20 minutes lying in bed I have noticed I am getting that lovely warm relaxed and dozy feeling that 'normal' people get when they are starting to drift off. They have helped to such an extent that every night I have been able to doze off and fall into a deep sleep.
They haven't kept me asleep all night, I still wake up 4-5 times a night, but because I have relaxed enough to sleep in the first place I have been able to drift back off to sleep.
I know that they contain natural ingredients and are not supposed to be addictive. My main concern is that I become over reliant on them and end up not being able to sleep without them or that I become so used to them that I have to take more for the same effect.
I can only speak as I find and so far I have definitely seen an improvement in my ability to fall asleep from having used these.

I have just come off Prozac which I have been taking for nearly 20 years ( only one a day )and it's comming up to Christmas so I am more stressed than usual.I took one Kalms this morning and within a few hours I felt much more relaxed and happy.

I tried this product as an alternative to Diazepam and/or Buspirone.
The active ingredients in Kalms tablets are
Valerian, a well known sedative, Gentian, a
muscle relaxant, and hops powder.
I found that in order for me to notice anything approaching what may be called an effect, I would have to take a lot of these tablets. I tend to think however that if someone has no experience of Anxiety treatments as a whole, then this product may provide a more profound reaction than with someone who is accustomed to the use of strong pharmacuticals.
Didn't work for me, but could certainly work for others.

need to give it time but it does work
I've been using these for quite a while and they do need 4 weeks before getting into your system properly,once they are in your system they are very effective and do help you relax
