Bought this as an xmas present for a lovely 13yr old girl,who was absolutely thrilled with the watch when she opened the wrapping.The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is;- Unfortunately the watch stopped working 10 days later,and her disappointment was evident.The problem was the battery,a new battery was fitted and the watch is again working. The delivery was super fast,which was brilliant,such a shame about the watch battery.

Ordered this watch at the end of January, by the end of March it had stopped working, I presume this is because of the battery which is not covered under the 2 year warranty. I really would not expect to have to replace a battery within two months of purchase and will certainly not buy this brand again, what a shame as the watch looks great. :(

I ordered this Kahuna watch because it has a large face, and at the same time looks feminine. When it arrived it was not working. I returned it to Amazon for a replacement. The replacement was not working either. I phoned the manufacturer, who said that both the batteries must have been dead, so the watches were probably old stock. Because this had happened twice, they offered to replace the battery free of charge. I had to pay postage to get the watch to them, but they did not charge for return postage, nor for the battery. The watch is now working perfectly with the new battery, and I am very pleased with it. I am very grateful to Kahuna for replacing the battery free of charge. However I am most disappointed in Amazon that they twice sent me watches with dead batteries. I give Kahuna full marks, but NOT Amazon, as I feel they should have checked that their stock was working before sending it out.

Nice watch for the price but some problems
This is a nice watch overall. The pattern inside the flower in the dial turns with each second which is a cool feature that many people have commented on when I wear it. Read more
