Kahuna Beige strap Ladies Watch AKLS-0160L

I brought this watch as a present for my mom. She has very specific tastes and, when it comes to watches usually goes for the plain old black strap, gold face, that's it kind. But I noticed this watch and took a chance.
I'm glad to say she was very pleased with it. In reality, the strap is a little more duller in colour than what it appears in the pictures. It's more beige with a pattern cut out on it which shows a layer of bright pastel floral colours beneath which is itself very eye-catching and unique-looking. The strap is also a buckle clasp, quite thick but not heavy and has a very sturdy but soft feel to it that is attached to the watch by small screws. The dial of the watch is gold looking around the edges and on the numerals with a white face and a second hand which is also gold looking. This too is good quality.It comes with a thin layer of plastic protecting the glass face that can be removed easily and the back of the watch (where the battery is included and already installed) is well sealed and smooth to the touch.
The watch is also water resistant and has a two year guarantee from the makers which unfortunately doesn't cover normal wear or tear or accidental breaking of the glass but cover pretty much everything else, but you have to send the watch away and wait if you do need something fixing on it.
The only reason I'm not giving this the full five stars is because of the packaging it comes in. It is not a box but just a soft pouch and while it adequately protects the watch in transit to a degree, there is no support for the strap so you have to basically cram the watch in bending the strap unnaturally and it also doesn't present the watch well if your buying it as a gift.
Overall, the quality and deign of the watch is very good. It is showy without being garish and well-made without being heavy on the wrist. It's just a shame they couldn't present it properly because it deserves it. Thank you.

I like it very much. This watch is very delicate and sweet! I love it :) It looks great on my wrist even though I have very small hands and thin wrists.

When i saw this watch i knew it would make a lovely gift for my friend, the design is beautiful and colourful and quite unique. I checked the product description which stated it came in a white presentation box. I bought it without hesitation.
The only thing i was disappointed in was the lack of presentation, it was crammed into what looked like a camera bag and the strap was bent and misshaped. I have had to recycle a watch box i had to make it look more gift like and to try and sort the strapout in time for xmas.
I wouldnt want to putyouoff this darling watch though, just be awareof the lack of packaging.
