Product Description

Product Description

This book is full of clear notes and handy timelines for year 7-9 History students. It's packed with facts on the current KS3 programme of study, including British History from the Middle Ages to Modern Day and European and World History from the Romans to the Cold War. To help you remember the important facts, there are quick questions at the end of each section. And it's all explained in straightforward language, with the odd joke thrown in to break up the study.

This is a superb revision guide - goes through all the basics with enough detail to supprot what is eklarned in class. My son is Year 8 and his schooldoesn't use textbooks (why not???). I ended up buying revision guides for nearly all his subjects and found this series to be the most useful. He refers back to them when completing homework assignments and so far they seem to be fine. I think that they will be fine for Year 9 as well. I'm very pleased that we bought the set, and would recommend them to anyone with a Year 7/8 child if their school doesn't use textboks.
