I purchased this cheaper model as I only had 24 ports to hook up, however the cutter which trims the excess wire rarly cuts and leads to you having to do more work.

Nasty cheap version of a Krone tool that just didnt work and was visibly bending as you used it.
Wire cutter blades were visibly bent and refused to operate.
Total waste of money. Unfortunately I am forced to give it one star....if I had the option it wouldnt have got any stars.
Avoid at all costs.

The only way to properly fit telephone and other communication IDC devices. Well made and used by BT (now Openreach) enginers.

Cheap and cheerful
If you do this for a living, you're looking in the wrong place. Obvious really.

Served its purpose
Used it to wire a phone extension to an ADSL filtered faceplate. The cutter part broke when a tiny nut came lose and fell out, the punch down mechanism still works though. Read more
