I have just tried this accessory today for the first time. It is absolutely fabulous. The accessory allows you to power-hose your patio and paths without the usual effects of splashes and flying debris. No more having to worry about cleaning the walls and windows once you have finished your work! The end delivery of power from the device is not quite as powerful as that of the lance supplied with your power hose, and normally used for such tasks, however it is very effective, and the results are brilliant. I would recommend this product without hesitation.

Bought this hopeing that it did the trick on our Block paving, They were surrounded with Moss and green from all the tree residue around us, had spent previous times on my hands and knees scrapping it all out, so many hours it doesnt bare thinking about, always with a bad back and sore knees after "ouch" Well it has been the best £40 i have ever spent, They have all come up as Brand New. It removed every trace of Moss, all the green slime. It was kind of like hoovering really light, very easy to use, Very effective. worth every penny!!!! NO MORE Bad backs for me

I'd read some of the other glowing reviews here before splashing out on the patio cleaner tool. I'm using it with a K6 and it really is superb - makes cleaning the patio more like vacuuming the carpet (just a lot wetter).
Points to note:
1) Works well on stone and brickwork; also seems less prone to removing pointing than using the lance. You can hold it vertically against walls to clean bricks quickly (wear waterproofs...)
2) The steel extension rod supplied with (as a handle) can also be used on other accessories (make the lance/car brush longer) which was a nice surprise.
3) The "hovercraft action" isn't a gimmick. The tool "floats" on the spray it makes and makes manoeuvring it quick and easy.
4) Well built - seems like it will last - better than the other accessories I've seen with the K6
5) Had my patio clean from 9 years of gunk about 28 hours from placing the order with Amazon for this and the K6 pump!

Does the job

Clean with less mess

KARCHER T 300 T-RACER
Could not get the washer to attach to the handle on the Karcher K4 without a great deal of difficulty. Also, wasn't too impressed with the results.

Okay If You Are Not Picky
