Having spent a great deal of time researching products I finally chose this pressure washer with the T-Racer.
It arrived and on starting to build the product we discovered that the wheels were missing. Having contacted you, the seller then made contact with us and sent out a set wheels.
We built the machine and then tried to attach the T-Racer. There was a fault in the T-Racer and it did not fit like the other attachments. The product has now been returned because it is faulty.
The manufactures say the the products are 100% quality. Clearly this is not our experience and we would not be recommending this manufacturer.

I have previously used a macallister power washer which was adequate but very heavy to use. We decided to go for a karcher because of the reputation of the products. I am so pleased we did..the karcher k5 700 is very easy to use and with the addition of the T400 racer the black moss that covered our patio was shifted in no time. The cleaning fluid that came with the cleaner was excellent but was used up very quickly. One of your reviewers recommends that the cleaning fluid is sprayed onto the surface then the bottle removed from the machine and saved for future use. I have ordered more fluid and I shall try this. Looking forward to having a go on my block paving!

Compared to an older Karcher pressure we had, this is a serious bit of kit!
Piecing it together was so simple and easy, and the changes that Karcher have made recently result in a very solid, neat and tidy machine. A reel just below the handle now houses the washer cable, which will remove the need for hanging it up somewhere else after use, and eliminate having a 'kinked' hose. There is also an electric storage cable hook on the side of the machine. This again will prevent any kinking caused by having to wrap the cable around the machine when you've finished using it.
Haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, as the weather has been so lousey, but expect that it will do an exceptional job, if not better than our old Karcher which was a different model.
The T400 cleaning head looks a good solid design, and its pointed tip should enable getting into corners that much easier.
