My two sons just love this . Martin Jarvis is absolutely fabulous with his voices, lisping Violet Eliabeth, and her parvenue arriviste mother. The stories are hillarious. William having to play fairies and having to say he likes all little girls(sweet little girl in white)William and the outlaws losing a baby(she is ok) and trying to replace it and ending up with 3 babies, and running from three angry mothers.(William and the triplets).Willaim showing an American around his village telling her it is Strattford Upon Avon, and passing his house off as Anne Hathaways cottage(William and the lost tourist) All the stories are so superbly read it is an absolute joy to hear. Go on buy it .

All the William tapes are brilliant but this is the best of the lot with the leopard hunter and the new neighbour being my personal favourites

I bought this for my 13 year old grandson and he found it as funny as I had; it was good to find something which bridged the generation gap. I recommend this for teenagers who seem to have forgotten how to laugh.
