At last a book that allows me to read a chapter in 5 minutes. The checklist format is wonderful. For busy managers who have little opportunity to access the best management practices as needed, this book is priceless! I also enjoyed how many of the topics could be applied outside of work to family and social situations. Chapters such as Assertiveness, Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving have applications anywhere. "Just-In-Time Management" is now my personal mentor.
