5.0 out of 5 stars Just Sex? 17 April 2009
Format:Paperback
Just Sex contains a devastating critique of the contemporary assumption that 'consenting adults' is the only criterion to be applied in sexual ethics, backed up by weighty and persuasive evidence and argument. It is an important book and deserves a wide readership, both inside and outside of Christian churches.

5.0 out of 5 stars Social Sex? 21 Oct. 2009
Format:Paperback
This book shows some fascinating insights into the way in which political and social structures have a powerful influence on the sexual behaviour of individuals and how it will take much more than 'consent and condoms' to turn the tide of the deteriorating sexual health of the UK population.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent book about why sex isn't just sex but about real people and families. 16 Mar. 2014
By David A. Miller - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
People today are hopelessly confused about sex, On the one hand, it is meant to be something special. On the other, it is casually dismissed as trivial - merely or "just' sex. Sex has become a big issue for Christians. Faced with a barrage of messages from a sexually permissive environment and lacking a clear rationale for biblical teaching, many Christians are unsure of what they think. This book encourages us to consider whether the impact of our sexual relationships on others around us is fair, or just. Whether one agrees or not, there is a great deal of straight thinking to ponder!
