Took out this book from a Library as it was on a display shelf for Black History Month (Oct. 2005). As I write this, I am still reading the book and wasnt sure at first if I would like it.........'man' was I wrong. Loving every page, as it gives you an in depth look, behind the scenes of the music industry through the eyes of Darin Harmon(the Manager) and John 'Loverboy' Williams (the Musician).
Omar Tyree is definately on my list of books to read....a must have, fo' sho'!

OH GOD!!....this book was soooo touching. i recomend EVERYONE 2 read this book. ITS ABOUT MAKING CHOICES..GOOD OR BAD. it makes you think about what would happen 2 u as a person if you happened to be caught up in the world of being SO FAMOUS. this book was UNBELIEVABLE....it shows good things that come out from being in the music industry and the bad...its ALL REAL (dont forget its fiction though)
all i can say is ...as OMAR TYREE writes the book...instead of it being ''chapter 1'' it says VERSE 1 and its goes on as a poem in each verse..

I PERSONALLY recommend ANYONE 2 read this book...and its VERY RARE 4 me 2 say a book is THIS good!!!
